“Experiencing my very first family constellation, I was eager with anticipation of the unknown and potential power of the evening. I concentrated intensely on the story of the seeker, wanting to be absolutely clear in case I was chosen as a representative. The moment I was chosen, I was anxious about ‘doing it right’. As the seeker moved me into position, being guided felt unnatural, resulting in stiffer movements than I had expected. Acknowledging the gravity of my responsibility, I ran the seeker’s story over in my mind. I recognized the same type of person/issue in my life, so I could very well relate. I allowed, to the best of my ability, the whole sense and feeling of the person of issue for the seeker to flow through me.
